Greetings Everyone,

The front wipers on my 2006 Range Rover Sport are inoperative; they do not function at all. The rear wiper works well, and I can dispense wiper fluid. It has been in this condition since I acquired it as a "barn find". I need guidance.
The fuses are functional.
I tested all the relays with a voltmeter, and they are functioning properly. I rearranged them.
I replaced the steering wheel switch.
I replaced the motor.

No progress has been made. The rear wiper works well, and I am able to dispense washer fluid.

I own two inquiries:

I may just replace the relays to ensure reliability. Is there anybody who can identify the appropriate relay? I visited many car stores and was unable to locate anything. On one side, I own V23074 PA66-GF25, and on the other side, 5M5T-14B192-BA. I believe that part YWB500200 from British Atlantic is the appropriate component. I would appreciate some confirmation.

2) Does anybody possess an understanding of the current situation? I have seen this problem in several conversations attributed to faulty relays; however, mine seem to be functioning well. Do you have any more suggestions?

I appreciate your assistance in advance.

I see that the components canon was loaded really swiftly in this instance. Have you verified signal continuity across the whole system?

I would use a power probe or circuit tester to give a power signal in order to determine where it ceases to function.

Affirmative. There is no electrical power at the pigtail connected to the motor. The ground continuity was satisfactory. The functionality of the rear wiper and the continued dispensation of washer fluid prompted me to install a new switch.

Indeed, I also verified the continuity of the fuses. Are there cables in the passenger footwell that might be associated with the wipers? This creature remained in a barn for more than a year. It may be prudent to inspect a connection in the footwell.

The electrical connections in the passenger door sill from 2005 to 2007 were subpar. Merely a little amount of solder and tape applied to them. They are susceptible to corrosion and may lead to various complications. Nevertheless, because you are experiencing mainly wiper problems, I am less likely to believe this is your issue. Have you removed and reinserted the fuses?

Indeed, a sunroof is present. The floor has been dried, but the previous condition is unknown. I was oblivious to the presence of any fuses in the footwell. I have inspected the fuses in the glove compartment. It may be beneficial to investigate the footwell. Not an awful job.

Affirmative. I have removed all the pertinent fuses. However, I am not quite certain if I used the voltmeter on the glovebox fuse box.

Indeed, I am uncertain if I conducted a power test at that location. I will experiment with it later and verify it. Thank you!

I conducted a thorough examination of all components using a multimeter. The R3 relay displays 0 volts regardless of the switch position. R2 indicates 12, and the fuses also indicate 12. Perhaps a wire is connected to the relay?
