Recently received a 2024 Yukon Denali Ultimate. During the sales demonstration of the vehicle in Demo mode, the rear media panels displayed source options: HDMI1, HDMI2, YouTube, and Hulu. Now that the vehicle is at home, the back displays display just HDMI1 and HDMI2. YouTube and Hulu are no longer available. We contacted tech support via Onstar and were disconnected. Additionally, we have engaged in two chats on the GM website, although no one seems to own the solution to this issue. Has anybody encountered and resolved this issue? Thank you!

Indeed, I was. The issue was related to the manner in which the salesperson prepared the car for delivery. I cannot recall the precise specifics, but it seems that he configured the vehicle first and then instructed my wife to set up the app, which was the reverse order. The situation may have been reversed; nevertheless, the resolution was having him reconfigure Onstar in the correct sequence, resulting in the applications appearing seamlessly.

I am experiencing an unexpected difficulty with my 2023 Yukon; we had consistently used Hulu and YouTube, but suddenly just HDMI is available, and the screen displays a "unable to stream" message.

I own a 2023 Tahoe, and this issue has lately been occurring for me as well. Approximately five months ago, the Hulu application began exhibiting anomalous behavior, including failing to update thumbnails accurately. Currently, it is inconsistent whether Hulu or YouTube is accessible.

I have resolved the issue! Merely by deducing it independently.

On the vehicle's home display
Access the settings
Scroll down to the system and click.
Reset configurations
Delete infotainment data
Requires around 5 to 7 minutes.
Reauthenticate your Google account
Posterior media Restored all applications.
Contact OnStar to reinstate your active plan in the vehicle.
Dial this number. They possess the knowledge to rectify it.

Were you required to phone the number subsequently? What actions do they undertake? Reestablish your OnStar connection?

I contacted GM, and the representative guided me through the process. The problem of missing applications has been entirely resolved! I informed him that I would be posting here, therefore I would want to acknowledge him! Here you are:

The phone cannot connect to the car; thus, please unplug Bluetooth and/or disable CarPlay in your phone's settings.
From the vehicle's Home Screen, choose Users (2024 Escalade - may vary).
Remove the user profile and thereafter re-add it.
Deactivate the vehicle
Open the door for two seconds.
Shut the door
Remain seated for two minutes.
After two minutes, restart the car. A complete reset should have resolved the issue of the vanishing applications. GM Customer Connection Team Phone Number: 877-558-8352.
I trust this will be beneficial. Best of luck!
