Q:
DIY Tesla Model 3 Front Bumper Replacement?
I bought a salvage Tesla Model 3. Can I replace the front bumper and sensors myself, or is a professional calibration required?

I replaced bumper but parking sensors didn’t work properly after install.

Front sensors calibration is tricky. Without tool, warning lights stay on.

Took me around 4 hours DIY. You must disconnect battery before starting ⚠️

Did my Model 3 bumper at home. Hardest part is clips + sensors alignment.

You can physically install the bumper, but the ADAs sensors usually need professional calibration via Tesla’s “Toolbox” software to ensure Autopilot works correctly.

Better to watch OEM manual step-by-step. Plastic tabs break easily.
