Is it worth buying a flood-damaged car?
I found a flood-damaged car at a very low price. Is it worth buying or are there too many risks involved? Please share your experience.

If the water level was above the dashboard, I would personally avoid buying it.
Flood cars often have hidden electrical problems that show up later, so be careful.
Always check for water inside the engine and transmission before making a decision.
It can be worth it only if you get it very cheap and know the repair risks involved.
Only consider it if damage is minor and fully inspected.
Repairs can become very expensive.
Rust and corrosion can damage the car over time.
Wiring issues may appear later and are hard to fix.
Flood damage can affect engine and electrical systems badly.
